Zusammenfassung

Ein 17-jähriges, asymptomatisches Mädchen stellte sich mit dezenten bilateralen Ablagerungen im oberflächlichen kornealen Stroma vor. Nur aufgrund der Familienanamnese war die Diagnose einer sehr frühen, in dieser Form bisher wohl noch nicht beschriebenen Manifestation einer Schnyder-Hornhautdystrophie möglich.

Abstract

A 17-year-old asymptomatic girl presented with discrete bilateral deposits in the superficial corneal stroma. The diagnosis of very early and in this form as yet undescribed manifestation of Schnyder’s corneal dystrophy, was only possible based on the family history.
