Zusammenfassung
Die Blepharoplastik des Ober- und Unterlids ist eine der häufigsten ästhetischen Operationen des Gesichts und wird von Ärzten verschiedener Fachrichtungen durchgeführt. Vor der Operation und der Planung ist eine exakte Analyse der pathogenetischen Veränderungen unumgänglich. Die Schnittführung richtet sich nach Ausmaß sowie Lage der zu korrigierenden Elemente und sollte Alter sowie rassische Gegebenheiten (Europäer, Asiat etc.) berücksichtigen.
Abstract
Blepharoplasty of the upper and the lower eyelid is a very common aesthetic procedure of the face and is carried out by different types of surgeons. Before starting the procedure it is very important to analyze all pathogenetic factors. The position of the skin incision is dependent on the extent and position of the element to be corrected and age, sex and racial characteristics should be taken into consideration.
