Zusammenfassung

Eine 27-jährige Patientin berichtete über eine schwankende, jedoch seit „einigen Jahren“ stets unbefriedigende Sehschärfe. Ab dem 14. Lebensjahr war sie dialysepflichtig und benötigte seit dieser Zeit auch ein Hörgerät. Vor 5 Jahren wurde ihr eine Spenderniere transplantiert. Die Diagnose ergab Lenticonus anterior bei Alport-Syndrom.

Abstract

A 27-year-old female patient reported a variable but unsatisfactory visual acuity which had persisted for several years. The patient had been dependent on dialysis from the age of 14 years old and from then on also needed a hearing aid. A kidney had been transplanted 5 years ago. The diagnosis was anterior lenticonus due to Alport syndrome.
