Abstract
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) trace detection has been performed by means of a DFB diode laser-based off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy (OA-ICOS) near 1571.6 nm. A minimum detectable concentration of 670 ppb (3σ) for a 2 s averaging time was obtained with an effective optical pathlength of ∼1.8 km.
