The role of non-homogenous Rashba coupling in dwell time and Hartmann effect in monolayer graphene

Abstract

We have studied the tunneling time of the spin-polarized electron passing through the non-homogenous Rashba barrier in a graphene sheet. Results have shown that Hartmann effect is strongly depend on Rashba strength and other parameter of the system.
