Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Fallstudie wird über eine junge Frau mit Atlasdysplasie berichtet. Die Displasie wurde anlässlich eines Skiunfalls als Zufallsbefund festgestellt. Nach der Erstversorgung am Urlaubsort folgte einige Tage später der manualmedizinische Befund. Das weitere diagnostische und therapeutische Procedere wird ebenso wie die Relevanz des erhobenen Befundes für die berufliche und Freizeitgestaltung zur Diskussion gestellt.

Abstract

The presented case study reports on a young woman with atlantal dysplasia, which was detected by chance after a skiing accident. The initial treatment on-site was followed several days later by the findings from manual medicine. The subsequent diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as well as the relevance of the findings for professional and recreational activities will be put to discussion.
