Zusammenfassung

Berichtet wird über eine 7-jährige Patientin mit therapieresistenter Kopfschiefhaltung. Die klinische und radiologische Untersuchung ergab multiple zervikale Dysplasien im Sinne eines Klippel-Feil-Syndroms und eine Funktionsstörung beider Sakroiliakalgelenke. Diskutiert werden diagnostische, differenzialdiagnostische und therapeutische Möglichkeiten sowie ihre Neubewertung bei ausbleibendem Therapieerfolg.

Abstract

The case of a 7-year-old girl with therapy-resistant torticollis is reported. The clinical and radiological investigations revealed multiple cervical dysplasia corresponding to a Klippel-Feil deformity and a malfunction of both sacroiliac joints. The diagnosis, differential diagnostics and possible therapy options as well as a re-evaluation in cases of unsuccessful therapy will be discussed.
