Recall-Reaktion – eine Ursache für rezidivierende reversible Gelenkdysfunktionen?

Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von einem Fallbericht über eine kutane Recall-Reaktion nach Radiatio wird die Engrammierung sensomotorischer Reaktionsmuster des Bewegungsapparates als eine Ursache für das Auftreten von rezidivierenden reversiblen Gelenkfunktionsstörungen diskutiert. Dabei scheint u. a. der Zeitpunkt einer manualmedizinischen Intervention vor Erreichen der Vertikalisation eine Rolle zu spielen und macht die Relevanz einer frühzeitigen Behandlung von symptomatischen Säuglingen deutlich.

Abstract

A case report on cutaneous recall reaction after radiation treatment instigated discussion on engrammic sensomotoric reaction patterns of the movement apparatus as the cause of recurrent reversible joint malfunction. It would seem that the timing of treatment using manual medicine for reaching verticalisation also plays a role and makes the relevance of early treatment of symptomatic infants obvious.
