Interskapulovertebrale Schmerzen

Zusammenfassung

Im oberen Körperquadranten werden häufig Spontan- und Druckschmerzhaftigkeiten mit und ohne Ausstrahlung beobachtet. Durch die sog. Pharaonenhaltung wird der interskapulovertebrale Bereich vergrößert und durch die Schmerzpalpation in einer Gegend von 7,2 cm paraspinös als besonders druckschmerzhaft beschrieben. Dieser Bereich wurde anhand von zwei anatomischen Präparaten auf die vorhandenen lokalen Strukturen hin untersucht. Es zeigte sich, dass dort der M. serratus medialis superior bzw. der M. iliocostalis an den Rippen ansetzt. Vor allem der M. iliocostalis pars cervicalis kommt durch die Häufigkeit des Auftretens des Maximalpunktes bei radikulären Läsionen im Bereich des Plexus cervicobrachialis infrage. Spekulativ, aber doch nicht unberechtigt, wird auf die Ähnlichkeit des Verlaufes des M. iliocostalis und den des Blasenmeridians hingewiesen, wobei besonders der Punkt Blase 39 in seinen Indikationen Neuralgien im Schulterbereich angibt.

Abstract

Spontaneous and pressure pain persistence, both with and without radiation, is often seen in the upper body quadrants. As a result of the so-called Pharaoh’s posture the interscapulovertebral area is enlarged and on palpation for pain is described as particularly pressure pain persistent in an area of 7.2 cm paraspinous. This area was examined with regard to the local structures in two anatomical specimens. It appears that in this area the m. serratus medialis superior or the m. iliocostalis is fixed on the ribs. The m. iliocostalis pars cervicalis in particular comes into question due to the frequency of the appearance of the maximum point in radicular lesions in the area of the plexus cervicobrachialis. The statement made on the similarity between the course of the m. iliocostalis and that of the bladder meridian is speculative but well founded, and particularly the point bladder 39 gives neuralgia in the shoulder area in its indications.
