Zusammenfassung

Arthromuskuläre Dysbalancen haben vielfach ihre Ursachen in konditionellen Defiziten der betroffenen Strukturen. Häufig entwickeln sich Schonhaltung, Stereotypänderung und Funktionswechsel. Um jedoch Funktionsstörungen im Sinne der manuellen Medizin langfristig zu beseitigen, wird eine Komplextherapie aus manueller Therapie, medizinischer Trainingstherapie und physikalischer Therapie notwendig. Gelingt es zudem noch, den Patienten zur Eigeninitiative zu aktivieren und somit aktiv in den Rehabilitationsprozess zu integrieren, werden langfristig und auf Dauer Rezidive zu vermeiden sein.

Abstract

Dysbalances of the arthromuscular system are most often caused by conditional deficits of the effected structures. This leads to the frequent development of relieving posture, as well as changes in stereotype and function. In order to eliminate such functional disturbances in the sense of manual medicine, a complex combination of manual therapy, medical training therapy and physical therapy is required. If it is possible to activate the patient to personal initiative and thus integrate him or her into the rehabilitation process, then it should be possible to avoid recurrences over the long-term.
