Zusammenfassung

Primäre Sarkome der Leber sind selten, wobei am häufigsten Angiosarkome nach Thorotrast- oder Polyvinylchloridexposition beschrieben werden. In dieser Kasuistik wird über ein primäres Osteosarkom der Leber bei einem 72jährigen Mann berichtet und dieser Fall mit den 7 bisher in der Literatur mitgeteilten Beobachtungen verglichen.

Summary

Primary sarcomas of the liver are rare. Most of them are angiosarcomas often related to exposure to thorotrast or polyvinyl chloride. We report a case of primary osteosarcoma of the liver in a 72-year-old man and compare it with the seven cases from the literature
