Zusammenfassung.

Primäre Sarkome der Leber sind selten. Rhabdomyosarkome in der Leber treten in der Regel im frühen Kindesalter auf. Sie nehmen ihren Ausgang fast immer von den großen Gallengängen im Leberhilus. In dieser Kasuistik wird über ein pleomorphes Rhabdomyosarkom der Leber bei einem 69 Jahre alten Mann berichtet.

Abstract.

Primary sarcomas of the liver are rare, and hepatic rhabdomyosarcomas are usually confined to early childhood. They are mostly related to large bile ducts of the liver hilus. We report a case of primary hepatic pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma in a 69-year-old man.
