Informatik Spektrum Aims and scope

Zusammenfassung

Durch die Möglichkeiten, die mit der digitalen Transformation einhergehen, lässt sich die Produktionsplanung und -steuerung unterstützen. Dabei ermöglichen Prozessführungs-, Prozessüberwachungs- sowie Analysedaten auf Basis von Internet-of-Things(IoT)-Anwendungen eine umfassende Sicht auf Abläufe in der Produktion. In diesem Artikel wird ein Ansatz vorgestellt, der die ,,BigData“-Welt der Erfassung und Analyse von IoT- bzw. Sensordaten mit der Technologie des Prozessmanagements verbindet. Durch die Anbindung von Sensor- und Anlagendaten wird die selektive Aktivierung von Aufgaben auf Basis benutzerdefinierter Bedingungen ermöglicht. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist, den Nachweis zu erbringen, dass mit bestehender Technologie eine neue Qualität in die Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen gebracht werden kann. Der Beitrag demonstriert den Aufbau eines effektiven und effizienten Gesamtsystems im Produktionsbereich und wurde ausgiebig in der Praxis evaluiert.
