Eine deutsche Version des „Karolinska Psychodynamic Profile – KAPP”

Zusammenfassung

Vorgestellt wird die deutsche Übersetzung des „Karolinska Psychodynamic Profile – KAPP”, das mit dem Ziel entwickelt wurde, ein reliables und valides Fremdbeurteilungsinstrument zur Erfassung komplexer, psychodynamisch relevanter Persönlichkeitsmerkmale zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Arbeit beschreibt die Entwicklung des Instruments in Abgrenzung zu und Weiterentwicklung von älteren Verfahren und stellt erste Ergebnisse zu Testgüte und Validität vor. Es zeigt sich, daß das KAPP eine reliable, valide und ökonomische Methode von mittlerer Komplexität ist, die eine sinnvolle Ergänzung zu in Deutschland bestehenden Instrumenten (OPD) darstellen kann.

Summary

This paper presents the German version of the „Karolinska Psychodynamic Profile – KAPP”. The instrument was developed as a reliable and valid clinical assessment device for complex and psychodynamically relevant aspects of personality. The process of creating the instrument in further development of older measures is described and empirical data on reliability and certain aspects of validity are reported. The KAPP is a reliable and economical tool of moderate complexity with discriminant, predictive and construct validity. It may be a useful addendum to other established instruments in Germany (OPD).
