Analytische Fokaltherapie im Bereich der psychosomatischen Rehabilitation

Zusammenfassung

Anliegen der Arbeit ist es, auf den Bereich der Kurzpsychotherapie in der psychosomatischen Rehabilitation mit seinen hohen Anforderungen in einer Ausbildungssituation aufmerksam zu machen und zu zeigen, wie das Konzept der Fokaltherapie zur Lösung dieses Problems beitragen kann. Der Fokus begrenzt den therapeutischen Prozeß und gibt eine Orientierung. Das Fokalkonzept ermöglicht eine bessere Strukturierung der Behandlung und läßt sich für die Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung des Teams nutzen.

Summary

It is the aim of this paper to draw attention to the problems of short-term psychotherapy in rehabilitative psychosomatical treatment with high demands in a professional training situation. It shows how the focal method of psychotherapy can help in this situation. The focus sets limits on the therapeutic process and as a central theme it provides orientation in therapy. It also provides for a better structure in treatment and is useful for the cooperation of the team and its integration, too.
