Zusammenfassung

Hintergrund

Indikationskriterien für Gruppenpsychotherapie bei Menschen mit pädophilen Neigungen aus dem Dunkelfeld sind bisher kaum erforscht.

Ziel der Arbeit

Diese Übersichtsarbeit soll darstellen, welche Empfehlungen und empirischen Befunde für eine Indikationsstellung zur Gruppenpsychotherapie bei Menschen mit pädophilen Interessen aus dem Dunkelfeld herangezogen werden können.

Material und Methoden

Es wurde Literatur zur allgemeinen Gruppenpsychotherapie und zur Behandlung von Sexualstraftätern ausgewertet.

Ergebnisse

Bei der Indikationsstellung zur Gruppenbehandlung sollten motivationale Faktoren, interpersonelle Fähigkeiten, akute Symptome/Probleme und die Prinzipien des Risk-Need-Responsivity-Modells beachtet werden. Gruppen sollten so zusammengesetzt sein, dass eine möglichst starke Kohäsion und interpersonelle Lerneffekte zu erwarten sind.

Schlussfolgerung

Es besteht großer Forschungsbedarf bezüglich einer systematischen Untersuchung der differenziellen Indikationsstellung bei Sexualstraftätern, Menschen mit Pädophilie und nicht zuletzt Menschen mit Pädophilie aus dem Dunkelfeld.

Abstract

Background

Indication criteria for group psychotherapy of individuals with pedophilic tendencies from undetected cases have hardly been researched.

Objective

This overview presents which recommendations and empirical findings can be considered in the indications for group psychotherapy of individuals with pedophilic interests from undetected cases.

Material and methods

A search was carried out for literature about general group psychotherapy as well as about treatment of sex offenders.

Results

Motivational factors, interpersonal skills, acute symptoms/problems and the principles of the risk-need-responsivity model should be considered in the indications for group treatment. Groups should be composed so that as strong as possible cohesion and interpersonal learning effects can be expected.

Conclusion

There is a great need for systematic research on the differential indications of sex offenders, individuals with pedophilia and, last but not least, individuals with pedophilia from undetected cases.
