Zusammenfassung

In der stationären Gruppentherapie ist es notwendig, in Urlaubs- oder Krankheitszeiten des Therapeuten den Gruppenleiter zu vertreten. Probleme, die durch die Vertretung für Therapeuten, das Team und Patienten auftreten, werden ausgeführt. Institutionelle Rahmenbedingungen, die von unterschiedlichen Interessen geprägt sind, erschweren einfache Lösungen. Hilfreich für Therapeuten ist es, auf die Gruppenkohäsion zu setzen und die Vertretungsgruppe nicht zu stark an sich zu binden. Dann ist ein Wechsel für Patienten und Therapeuten besser zu verkraften.

Abstract

In inpatient group therapy it is necessary to substitute the group leader during times of vacation or illness. Problems for therapists, teams and patients, arising by the situation of substitution, are discussed. The institutional framework of a hospital is characterized by different interests, that sometimes lead to conflicts about the amount of substitution. It is helpful for therapists working as substitute, to use group cohesion and not to bond the group too much to the leader. In this way the change of group leaders can be overcome better both by the group and the therapist.
