Readers should note that an error appeared in the online and print versions of this article published previously. In the abstract, the sentence which reads:
“Comparing the two Ivalon particle sizes, the response rate was 12.5% (1/9 patients) for group A and 76.5% for group B (13/17 patients) (p < 0.02).”
should read:
“Comparing the two Ivalon particle sizes, the response rate was 12.5% (1/8 patients) for group A and 72.2% for group B (13/18 patients) (p < 0.01).”
