Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Abstract:

This study involves our experience with the correction of aesthetic limb deformities by the inclusion of a specific silicone prosthesis. We studied 91 patients in which 172 implants were placed, and classified the deformities into four groups to suggest the best available prosthesis. In agreement with other authors, we recommend the procedure as a safe one, providing satisfactory results.
