Summary.

A case of traumatic bilateral anterior dislocation of the hips complicated by a femoral head fracture is described. The mechanism is discussed and the literature reviewed.

Un cas de luxation bilatérale antérieure traumatique de la hanche associée à une fracture de la tête fémorale est présenté. Nous discutons le mécanisme de cette lésion et présentons une revue de la littérature.
