Abstract 

We report a spontaneous intertrochanteric fracture with bilateral avulsion of the greater trochanter in a patient with chronic renal failure.

 Nous rapportons une cas de fracture intertrochantérienne spontanée avec avulsion bilatérale du grand trochanter chez un malade insuffisant rénal chronique.
