All authors contribute equally. Nikolina Novoselska wrote the source manuscript and prepared PET/MRI image fusion figures. Nikolay Nedev presented the patient with its clinical problem and gave the principle idea, as well revision of the manuscript. Gabriela Mateva made the literature search to justify the procedure before a decision to use PSMA was done. Pavel Bochev conducted the study, interpreted it, supervised the manuscript preparation, and provided the final revision of the manuscript.
