Abstract

The lip sinus is a rare congenital anomaly. Lower lip sinuses are relatively more common than those in the upper lip. Sinuses in the lateral lip area are extremely rare. A total of 12 cases have been reported in the literature. In this paper, a case of lateral upper lip sinus is presented. There were no associated anomalies and no family history. The surgical management is discussed.
