Interplast: five years of the Cochin project

Abstract

 Interplast is a humanitarian charitable organization which sends plastic surgery teams to developing countries or areas. Interplast-Germany has operated in Cochin, southwestern India on eight occasions since 1984. The activities and experiences of the last five visits are reported in an attempt to stimulate others to participate in such projects or undertake new projects on their own.
