Abstract

Given a numerical semigroup of genus g whose last gap is larger than 2g - 5 an explicit description of the set of all sums of n gaps is obtained for each positive integer n. In particular it is shown that the technique of Buchweitz/Komeda to give non-Weierstrass semigroups cannot be applied to this case.
