The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding some of the data presented in the Figures. Specifically:

Fig. 3a and b appear highly similar.

Fig. 3f appears to contain areas of high similarity within the image.

Fig. 7 tyroxine hydroxilase blot and the corresponding supplementary image appear to have a vertical artifact between lanes 1 and 2.
The authors have provided the original data for Fig. 3; however, these images contained further cases of overlap. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the presented data.
Rasool Haddadi does not agree to this retraction. Alireza Mohajjel Nayebi, Mohammadmahdi Sabahi and Sara Ami Ahmadi have not responded to any correspondence from the editor or publisher about this retraction. The publisher has not been able to obtain a current email address for Shahla Eyvari-Brooshghalan.
