Zusammenfassung
Eine 47-jährige Frau wurde tot hinter dem Wohnhaus aufgefunden. Die linke Hand fehlte, und das Handgelenk wies eine tief reichende Schnittverletzung auf. In der Wohnung fanden sich die abgetrennte Hand, Blutspuren und Abschiedsbriefe. Die Gesamtkonstellation lässt den Schluss zu, dass die Handlungsfähigkeit nach suizidaler Selbstamputation der Hand für einen gewissen Zeitraum gegeben gewesen sein muss. Die Frau stürzte sich anschließend aus dem Fenster und erlag dem traumatischen Schockgeschehen.
Abstract
A case is reported in which a woman was found dead behind a house, her left hand was missing and there was a deep cut on her wrist. The missing hand, bloodstains and suicide notes were found in the apartment. The complete constellation indicated that the woman had retained the capacity to act for a limited period of time, she had jumped out of a window and died of multiple injuries.
