Eine seltene Kombinationsverletzung

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall einer 29jährigen Patientin beschrieben, die beim Skifahren einen knöchernen Ausriss des vorderen Kreuzbands im Bereich der Eminentia intercondylaris des linken Kniegelenks erlitt. Intraoperativ zeigte sich zusätzlich eine interligamentäre Ruptur des vorderen Kreuzbands. Nach Resektion des Kreuzbands in toto erfolgte eine arthroskopische Semitendinosus-Grazilis-Ersatzplastik. 6 Monate postoperativ erreichte die Patientin mit dem Lysholm-Score ein sehr gutes klinisches Ergebnis.

Summary

The case of a 29-year-old female patient is presented, who sustained a fracture of the intercondylar eminence of the tibia after skiing. In the arthroscopic examination there was also a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). After extirpation of the ACL in toto, an arthroscopic semitendinosus/gracilis ACL reconstruction was performed. The clinical result according to the Lysholm score 6 months postoperatively was excellent.
