Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird über eine 43-jährige Patientin mit Kniegelenkerguss links infolge eines Hühnerbisses berichtet. Bei zunehmender Beschwerdesymptomatik im Sinne von Schmerzen und Schwellung am linken Kniegelenk stimmte sie einer arthroskopischen Gelenkspülung zu. Das Fallbeispiel stellt mögliche Ursachen des Krankheitsbildes in den Mittelpunkt und beschreibt den Verlauf nach dem arthroskopischen Eingriff.
Abstract
This article reports the case of a 43-year-old female patient with left knee joint effusion as a result of a chicken peck injury. With increasing symptoms of pain and swelling of the left knee joint, the patient consented to an arthroscopic joint irrigation. This case example focuses on the possible causes of the clinical picture and describes the course after the arthroscopic intervention.
