Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird über einen 23-jährigen professionellen Unihockey-Torwart mit zunehmenden Hüft- und Leistenschmerzen auf der linken Seite berichtet. In den konventionellen Röntgenaufnahmen sowie in der Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) zeigte sich ein femoroazetabuläres Impingement (FAI) mit Cam-Deformität sowie ein großes anterolaterales Os acetabuli, welches 13 % der Gelenkfläche ausmachte. Es wurde eine arthroskopische Schenkelhalsplastik durchgeführt; das Os acetabuli wurde arthroskopisch angefrischt und verschraubt. Ein halbes Jahr postoperativ konnte der Patient wieder uneingeschränkt die sportliche Aktivität aufnehmen. Das Fragment zeigte in den Röntgenaufnahmen deutliche Konsolidationszeichen.

Abstract

This article reports the case of a 23-year-old professional floorball goalkeeper who complained of worsening left-sided hip and groin pain. Conventional x‑ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) with cam deformity and a large os acetabuli covering 13% of the joint surface. The patient underwent arthroscopic joint preservation surgery with osteochondroplasty of the femoral neck. The rim fragment was arthroscopically debrided and fixed. The patient could resume competitive physical activity without restrictions 6 months postoperatively. The os acetabuli showed clear signs of consolidation in the follow-up x‑ray.
