Zusammenfassung
Geschildert wird ein praktikables Verfahren für die Naht von Rupturen der Rotatorenmanschettensehne, die mit nur einem Faden vorgenommen wird, wobei die Fixation der Fadenenden über einen oder mehrere laterale Anker erfolgt. Bei diesem Eingriff hat sich die Anlage lediglich zweier Arbeitsportale bewährt.
Abstract
A practical procedure for suturing ruptures of the rotator cuff ligament is described, which is carried out with only one thread and fixation of the ends of the suture by one or more lateral anchors. Using this method only two access points are necessary.
