Zusammenfassung

Pathologische Veränderungen der Plica pectineofoveale (synovialis medialis) am medialen Hüftkopf-Schenkelhals-Übergang können zu einem pektineofovealen Impingement führen. Die vorliegenden Ergebnisse einer ersten retrospektiven Analyse zeigen gute Ergebnisse nach Plikaresektion.

Abstract

Pathologic changes of the medial synovial (pectineofoveal) fold at the medial femoral head-neck junction may lead to pectineofoveal impingement. The early results of a retrospective analysis indicate good results after resection of the fold.
