Zusammenfassung
Die dislozierte Radiusköpfchenmeißelfraktur ist für die arthroskopische Therapie geeignet. Bewährt haben sich eine Operation am 5. bis 7. Tag nach dem Unfall, eine Bauchlagerung, ein spezielles Arbeitsportal, die Osteosynthese mit gekreuzten resorbierbaren Stiften und die intraoperative Bildwandlerkontrolle. Das Verfahren ist dem geübten Arthroskopeur vorbehalten.
Abstract
The displaced radial head fracture can be treated by an arthroscopic technique. The best options are timing the operation on the 5th up to the 7th day after injury, placing the patient in the prone position, a special working portal, stabilization with resorbable pins, and intraoperative X-ray control. The procedure should be reserved for the experienced surgeon.
