Abstract
Improved techniques and materials of capsuloligamentous fixation are the important items of today’s arthroscopic shoulder stabilization besides the arthroscopic experience and ability of the surgeon. The most decisive factor still is the correct indication. There are limitations that can not be passed even in 2004, i.e. pathoanatomical issues demanding for open surgery. First the surgeon needs an adequate arthroscopic clinical finding of the shoulder’s problem. We discuss some difficult areas of arthroscopic repair of shoulder instability.
