Zusammenfassung

Zur Deckung großer osteo-fascio-cutaner Defekte ist oft eine aufwendige plastische Rekonstruktion erforderlich. Außergewöhnlich große Defekte oder Läsionen von Strukturen, die einer besonderen Versorgung bedürfen, sind nicht immer durch eine herkömmliche Lappenplastik zu decken. In unserem beschriebenen Fall wurde mittels Gefäßinterponaten und serieller Lappenplastik mit freier, mikrovaskulärer Fibula als Durchflusslappen sowie eines Musculus latissimus dorsi ein derartiger Defekt erfolgreich versorgt.

Abstract

Covering large osteo-fascio-cutaneous defects after debridement often calls for elaborate soft tissue reconstruction. Large tissue loss or structural damage that requires distinct repair is rarely coverable by a single conventional flap. Here, we report the case of serial flap coverage using sequentially connected fibular and latissimus dorsi free flaps.
