Zusammenfassung

Synovialtumore können sowohl neoplastische (benigne und maligne) als auch entzündliche Ursachen (granulomatös, nicht-granulomatös und kristallinduziert) haben. In diesem Artikel wird auf einen Teil der benignen und malignen neoplastischen Veränderungen eingegangen. Entzündliche Ursachen, wie z. B. die Sarkoidose, Granulome, Synovialitis oder Gichtarthritiden, sind gesondert zu behandeln. Dadurch soll eine präzise Differenzierung der einzelnen Krankheitsbilder erfolgen und eine Optimierung der Therapieregime.

Abstract

Synovial tumors comprise a variety of lesions, including those with benign and aggressive neoplastic changes as well as inflammatory causes. In this article we focus on neoplastic tumors. Synovial tumors with other etiologies, such as sarcoidosis, granuloma, synovitis, or gouty arthritis, are not dealt with here. Through a precise differentiation between these disease entities can an optimization of treatment be achieved.
