Zusammenfassung
Die Anwendung der standardisierten sonographischen Funktionsdiagnostik hat sich z. B. beim idiopathischen Klumpfuß praktisch (sonographiegestütztes Therapiekonzept, Alternative zur Röntgendiagnostik) und unter wissenschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten (genauere Erfassung der Ausgangsdeformität, Beobachtung der Effekte verschiedener therapeutischer Maßnahmen) bewährt.
Abstract
Assessment of tarsometatarsal skeletal malalignment in congenital foot deformities such as clubfoot and vertical talus is possible with ultrasound. Sonography can be useful in deciding on the therapeutic concept and evaluating therapeutic effects.
