Urinzytologische Veränderungen bei Indinavir-Urolithiasis

Zusammenfassung

Beschrieben wurde der Fall eines 40 jährigen HIV-seropositiven Patienten mit symptomatischer Urolithiasis unter der antiviralen Therapie mit Indinavirsulfat. Nach Rückverlagerung des röntgen-schattennegativen Ureterkonkrements mittels Doppel-J-Ureterschiene konnte eine komplette Desintegration durch die extrakorporale Sto\wellenlithotripsie (ESWL) erzielt werden.
