Differentialdiagnostik des retroperitonealen Angiomyolipoms

Zusammenfassung

Wir beschreiben den Fall einer Patientin mit einer fetthaltigen Raumforderung am rechten oberen Nierenpol. Mit Ultraschall, Computertomographie und Kernspintomographie war die für die Operationsplanung wichtige Frage einer Beteiligung der Niere (Nephrektomie vs. Tumorenukleation vs. Tumorexstirpation) nicht zu entscheiden. Die Angiographie sicherte die Tumorversorgung aus einem Ast der A. renalis. Die Schwierigkeiten der Diagnosestellung werden beschrieben und die differentialdiagnostischen Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt.
