Indikation zur Nephrektomie beim metastasierten Nierenkarzinom

Zusammenfassung

Bezogen auf die eingangs formulierten Zielgrößen ist festzustellen, daß eine Verbesserung der Überlebenszeit durch eine Tumornephrektomie nicht möglieh ist, es sei denn eine „kurative“ Therapie der Metastasen wird in Betracht gezogen. Eine Stabilisierung der Gesamtsituation kann bei Ansprechen von adjuvanten Therapien gegeben sein. Damit ist eine relative Indikation zur Operation des primären Tumors gegeben. Letztlich gibt es eine absolute Indikation zur Nephrektomie bei Patienten mit akuten, lokal bedingten Beschwerden.
