Zusammenfassung

Rationelle Diagnostik in der infertilen Partnerschaft umfaßt eine standardisierte Erhebung wichtiger Ursachen männlicher Infertilität. Diese ist weitgehend durch die Vorschläge der WHO vorgegeben. Der vorliegende Beitrag erläutert und wertet die andrologische Diagnostik aus urologischer Sicht.
