Die bilaterale Neuromodulation der Sakralnerven ist eine Therapieoption für Patienten mit Harnblasendysfunktionen, die sich nach vielen frustranen Behandlungsversuchen bereits am “Ende der Fahnenstange” glauben. Nach neuen Modifikationen kann diese Behandlungsart jetzt auch bei ambulanten Patienten in Lokalanästhesie durchgeführt werden.
