Antepartales und intrapartales CTG bei fetaler Arrhythmie und hypoplastischem Linksherz-Syndrom (HLHS)

Vorgestellt wird der Fall einer 20jährigen Erstgebärenden (41. SS) die bei bekanntem hypoplastischem Links-Herz-Syndrom des Kindes spontan entbindet. Bei Aufnahme und unter der Geburt fielen schwere fetale Bradykardien auf. Die intrapartale Überwachung wurde mittels Dopplersonographie vorgenommen. Nach Eröffnung des Muttermundes wurden bei schwer beurteilbarem CTG mehrfach fetale Mikroblutanalysen durchgeführt. Geboren wurde ein lebensfrischer, eutropher Knabe, der zur weiteren Diagnostik und Therapie in das Kinderzentrum verlegt wurde.
