Zusammenfassung
Die 3-D-Sonographie ist inzwischen fester Bestandteil der pränatalen Diagnostik. Sie wird in nahezu allen Bereichen eingesetzt und bietet häufig einen diagnostischen Zugewinn zur zweidimensionalen Untersuchung, die nach wie vor den Standard darstellt. Grundvoraussetzung für einen sinnvollen Einsatz ist, dass die Technik verstanden und beherrscht wird. Um die Korrektheit der Untersuchung und Reproduzierbarkeit zu garantieren, gibt es Vorgaben. Der diagnostische Gewinn ist am größten beim Einsatz der multiplanaren Darstellung, doch auch die verschiedenen Rendermodi können wichtige Informationen liefern.
Abstract
The use of 3D sonography has become an integrated part of prenatal diagnostics. It is used in almost all fields and offers diagnostic advantages to conventional 2D sonography which is still, however, the gold standard. The basic requirements for a meaningful application are that the technique is understood and practical aspects are mastered. Available standards guarantee the correctness and reproducibility of the examination. The multiplanar approach offers the greatest diagnostic benefit and the images achieved by the various rendering methods can give important additional information.
