Zusammenfassung

Indikationen zur Beendigung einer Schwangerschaft zwischen 22+0 und 24+6 SSW (p.m.) und die Indikationsstellung zur abdominalen Schnittentbindung verlangen ein Abwägen mütterlicher und kindlicher Risiken. Bei dem Aufklärungsgespräch ist die Langzeitprognose des Kindes auf einer publizierten, evidenzbasierten Basis von entscheidender Bedeutung.

Abstract

The indications for induction of labor or cesarean section between 22+0 and 24+6 WOP require careful weighing of the risks for mother and child. In the patient briefing, it is of decisive importance to explain the long-term prognosis for the child based on published, evidence-based data.
