a writing mistake had been overlooked. In the third paragraph of the methods section, the sentence
For MSD, diagnostic requirements were three or more clinically significant lifetime MUSs with at least one MUS in the grouped recency category (i), (ii) or (iii) registered as present during the previous month, combined with the presence of at least one lifetime MUS with onset more than 1 year previously (see Appendix B for criteria).
should be replaced by
For MSD, diagnostic requirements were three or more clinically significant current MUSs with at least one MUS in the grouped recency category (i), (ii) or (iii) registered as present during the previous month, combined with the presence of at least one lifetime MUS with onset more than 1 year previously (see Appendix B for criteria).
