Wirtschaftliche Lage in der Urologie – Informationen aus dem Zi-Praxis-Panel

Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag beschreibt die Wirtschaftssituation in der vertragsärztlichen Urologie in den Jahren 2012 bis 2015 auf Basis von Daten des Zi-Praxis-Panels (ZiPP). Er befasst sich mit den ärztlichen Arbeitszeiten und den Betriebszeiten der Praxen, und er stellt darüber hinaus ein neues Zi-Projekt im Bereich des ambulanten und belegärztlichen Operierens vor. Der ZiPP-Klimaindex wird mit Ergebnissen für die Urologie vorgestellt. Schließlich verweist das Papier auf Vergleichskennzahlen und Planungsinstrumente, die als unmittelbarer Mehrwert bei ZiPP-Teilnahme für das Praxiscontrolling von Ärzten genutzt werden können.

Abstract

This article describes the economic situation in German outpatient practices of urology during the period 2012–2015 based on data from the Zi-Praxis-Panel (ZiPP). Additionally, it discusses the aspects of working times and operating times. Furthermore, the article presents a new Zi project in the field of day surgery and ambulant inpatient surgery. It then introduces a new economic climate index for outpatient practices. Finally, the article explains the immediate excess value which outpatient practices gain from participating in the yearly ZiPP survey.
