Zusammenfassung

Wir beschreiben den bisher unbekannten Fall eines Hodeninfarktes als iatrogene Komplikation der i.v.-Immunglobulintherapie bei einem Patienten mit multifokaler motorischer Neuropathie.

Abstract

We describe the previously unknown case of segmental testicular infarction as an iatrogenic complication of intravenous immunoglobulin administration in a patient with multifocal motor neuropathy.
