Zusammenfassung
Eine 27-jährige Patientin stellte sich mit totaler Inkontinenz vor. In der Anamnese stellte sich eine komplette Spaltung der Harnröhre bis über den Blasenhals hinaus dar. Ursächlich hierfür war das Genitalpiercing des Sexualpartners. Nach vollständiger Abheilung der akuten Verletzung wurde eine operative Sanierung durchgeführt. Nach Entfernung des transurethralen Dauerkatheters ca. 6 Wochen nach der Operation war eine problemlose Miktion bei völliger Kontinenz möglich.
Abstract
A 27-year-old woman presented to our clinic with total incontinence. The reason of the incontinence was an injury of the urethra, caused by a genital piercing of the sexual partner. Reconstruction of the urethra and the bladder neck was performed 10 weeks after injury. Upon removal of the catheter 6 weeks after surgery, the patient was fully continent.
