Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen Patienten mit ausgedehnter Steinbildung in der Prostataloge 4 Jahre nach Durchführung einer transvesikalen Prostataadenomenukleation wegen einer benignen Prostatahyperplasie. Der Patient konnte erfolgreich mit einer Kombination transurethraler und perkutaner suprapubischer Techniken in einer Sitzung therapiert werden.

Abstract

We report on a patient with extensive stone formation in the prostatic bed 4 years after open suprapubic prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia. The patient was successfully treated with a combination of transurethral and percutaneous suprapubic lithotripsy in the same session.
